We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in Java (Spring Boot) and Angular to lead a team of developers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. As a Team Lead, you will mentor team members, manage project deliverables, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or master’s degree (BE, ME, B Tech, MTech, MCA, MS) Minimum 5 years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful API, Angular (latest versions), HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript. Solid understanding of Microservices architecture  Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices. Proven experience in leading development teams and managing project timelines. It would be great if you also had: Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes. Experience with Unit Testing frameworks (JUnit, Jasmine/Karma). Exposure to performance tuning and security best practices Agile/Scrum experience is a plus What will you be doing in this role? Lead and manage a team of full-stack developers, ensuring timely delivery of projects. Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure web applications using Java (Spring Boot) and Angular. Collaborate with product managers, architects, and QA teams to define technical requirements and solutions. Perform code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure high-quality code standards. Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues. Drive continuous improvement in development processes and tools Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technology roadmap About the team The Incites B&A Development team consists of multiple squads working on various initiatives, from application UI/API to data testing, enhancing data quality, and optimizing application performance for our customers.  Hours of Work This is a permanent position with Clarivate.9 hours per day including lunch break. You should be flexible with working hours to align with globally distributed teams and stakeholders.
