Studio Project Manager Job Location:    Commerzone IT Tech Park, Yerwada - Pune Required Experience:  3-5 years Job Description: The Project Management focus specializes in leading a team, typically cross-functional teams, to achieve project goals and requirements. Work with project teams and stakeholders to plan, execute, monitor, and control the project. Manage resources, budget, cost, time, quality, risks and other constraints. Based in our Pune office, the Studio Project Manager (2pp) will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects for our partner studios including new games content, launching content into new markets, and large feature improvements. The Studio PM will be expected to oversee multiple projects operating within a matrix organization, utilizing resource pools with a wide range of skill sets.  This candidate will be expected to work independently but provide frequent updates to the Studio Management Team and escalate promptly when risks or issues cannot be managed within the Project. They will also be expected to take opportunities to highlight areas to improve project management and development practices. Primary Responsibilities:  Day-to-day management of assigned projects working to ensure delivery against agreed project requirements  Partner stakeholder management  Understand and actively remove impediments for project teams and project requirements  Create detailed project plans with project teams, ensuring these are clear, understood and tracked  Manage risks, issues and dependencies identified on projects. Escalate as appropriate.  Coordinate, where required, when business processes needed for project success utilize teams external to the project  Update internal reporting packs focusing on project delivery  See projects through to completion  Assist in coordination relating to project specific production incidents and escalations that occur during project timelines  Identify process improvements and raise these with the respective Team leads  Support financial management, including project creation and time tracking   Qualifications: 3-5 years Previous Project Management experience  Experience using tools such as Microsoft Project, Sharepoint, Monday.com , JIRA & Confluence  Highly adaptable and able to move with change within the projects / business  Resilient and able to work well under pressure  Strong organization, collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills  Strong reporting & presentation skills  Confident speaker  Detail-oriented  Nice to have: Project Management certifications such as APM, PMQ, PRINCE2 or Agile  Servant Leader experience  Agile experience Technical capacity with the ability to ‘translate’ technical language  iGaming and industry knowledge  Qualifications
