About the role: To join an existing team of Business Systems Analysts and Technology Business Consultants in the card payments area, and work as a member of international project teams with various FIS card payments products in architecture for customers located in the Europe region. What you will be doing: • work on multiple projects and pre-sale opportunities as a BA leader/consultant • define and analysis of project requirements • create functional specifications that meet client requirements • implement developed features on the test system • supporting internal and user acceptance tests • perform analysis and resolution of issues raised by customers • create project documentation (e.g. test plans, operational manuals) • carry out business travel as and when required What you will need: • 3+ years of Business Systems Analysis and/or Technology Business Consultancy experience • in-depth knowledge of the card payment industry - must have • practical knowledge of UNIX/Linux/Solaris systems and SQL • experience in IT systems business analysis and implementation - must have • some knowledge of Programming Languages, Unix environment, and relational databases is advantageous • ability to work in Poland • availability to business trips - must have • ability to self-study • good communication skills • English B2+ What we offer you: • Working in an innovative and flexible environment within an Established Global Company • Convenient office location (Warsaw, Wrocław, Poznań) • Comprehensive onboarding process • A good work-life balance • Contract of employment • Competitive salary with including private health insurance for employees and their family, group life insurance, pension plan 5% • On the job coaching and support Privacy Statement FIS is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all personal information that we process in order to provide services to our clients.
