As a Senior Third‑Party Vendor Management Specialist, you will lead third‑party approval workflows, strengthen vendor partnerships, and deliver an efficient and compliant access experience for clients. You will collaborate with different teams and vendors, resolve third party permissioning cases, and drive improvements that elevate service quality and operational outcomes. Key Responsibilities Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance, training, and actionable feedback to support their growth and performance. Handle the end‑to‑end approval and permissioning workflow for third‑party data in alignment with vendor requirements and internal compliance standards. Process cases with speed and accuracy, maintaining complete, and well‑structured documentation. Handle activation and deactivation of access across different entitlement systems Communicate blockers clearly and confidently, ensuring timely and solution‑focused responses. Support vendor onboarding and improvements to entitlement and approval workflows. Identify and drive workflow improvements that strengthen efficiency and client experience. Lead knowledge documentation, process standards, and BCP readiness. What You’ll Bring Being thorough and able to understand vendor, entitlement, and compliance requirements. Ability to prioritise with accountability and follow‑through. Ability to learn and adapt quickly. Proactive with a commitment to continuous improvement. Required Skills High attention to detail and accuracy. Analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Adaptability in a fast paced environment. Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas). Ability to analyze data and develop clear, actionable insights. 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred; candidates with strong transferable skills are encouraged to apply. Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field or equivalent experience. Preferred Skills Experience with Siebel, Salesforce, Product Studio, or entitlement systems. Understanding of LSEG products, data governance, and entitlement frameworks.
