If you are eager to learn about the financial services industry and committed to making an impact on a large organization, then you are the person we are looking for.   Th is intern ship role will operate within the Customer Success group in the Latin American Market .   You w ill be working with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to help subscribers of LSEG Workspace and LSEG Messenger maximize their use of the product. You will have a unique opportunity to learn about our clients, includ ing financial institutions, exchanges, corporations, government and individual investors. You will interact with a variety of users such as traders, research analysts, economists, portfolio managers and wealth advisors , to educate on our services and handle service requests.     The program provides college students with the knowledge needed to start building a career in the global financial services industry.   Requirements :   M inimum 3- 4 semesters to graduation.   Knowledge and i nterest in financial markets , especially Trading.    Self-starter with initiative and curiosity about data and technology.   Customer service skills with excellent communication and relationship building.   Portuguese and English proficiency .
