We are looking for a Senior Events Manager who will lead the execution of high‑profile events, managing complex projects from concept to delivery. In this role, you will oversee event strategy development, budget planning, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and exceptional outcomes. You will play a critical role in elevating event experiences, optimizing processes, and supporting organizational objectives through impactful event management. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments    Proficient in English language 7+ years of relevant experience in event management, project management, or a related field Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience  It would be great if you also have . . .    Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills Experience working in a fast-paced, global environment Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret feedback and event performance metrics Creative problem‑solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances What will you be doing in this role?   Lead the planning and execution of high‑profile, complex events, ensuring all components are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. Mentor and guide junior event coordinators and managers, providing leadership, coaching, and support to enhance team performance. Collaborate with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to align event strategies with organizational goals and brand initiatives. Lead vendor selection, contracting, and negotiations, securing cost‑effective agreements without compromising quality. Manage multiple events simultaneously, allocating resources and balancing timelines to meet deadlines efficiently. Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to proactively address potential challenges during event execution. Deliver comprehensive post‑event analyses and reports, highlighting successes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending future enhancements. About the Team     This position is part of the Intellectual Property (IP) segment within the Marketing team. You will contribute to high‑impact initiatives that support the visibility, positioning, and strategic objectives of the IP business. The team values creativity, collaboration, innovation, and precision in execution.
