We are on the lookout for a Director of Engineering to join our team! This role will be responsible for coordinating teams, ensuring that the teams are aligned, projects are moving along on schedule among other things. Responsibilities : They are required to oversee both front as well as back-end development teams and their deliverables. To monitor the reliability and performance of all internal processes and improve them To ensure compliance with security regulations To ensure software development teams are effectively managed by setting goals,   timelines, and specific objectives. Based on the company’s overall objectives and resources, the director has to develop strategies for future projects. Is responsible for hiring and coordinating the on-boarding of new engineers within the team Employment of innovative technologies. Coordination with external stakeholders for new integrations and tools Qualifications Qualifications: Managing globally dispersed engineering and QA teams teams at scale Experience with cloud based platforms (AWS/ Azure). Experience refactoring legacy code bases. Agile and modern software development methodologies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
