We’re   looking for an Associate Product Owner to join our   onCourse   Product Team   in Jerusalem .   onCourse   is a   new, innovative software product designed to improve the teaching and learning experience in higher education. This is an exceptional opportunity to   drive   roadmap   implementation   for a key growth initiative in a new market, with high visibility across the organization.   You’ll   be part of a tight-knit team of 3, reporting to the   Senior Manager   of Product Management. If   you’re   someone who thrives in complex environments, enjoys getting hands-on with technical challenges, and has a spark for   bringing structure to ambiguity ,   we’d   love to hear from you.   About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments   2+ years of experience as a product owner, business analyst, or related roles.   2+ years of experience   with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools such as Jira and Confluence.   Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.     It would be great if you also had . . .   Experience in the education   and/or education   technology sector.   2+ years working with UX principles, technical documentation, and basic software development processes.   Ability to   participate   in technical discussions and support the team with hands-on problem-solving.   Basic understanding of APIs, data structures, and system integrations.   Exposure to mobile and web application development.   Experience engaging with customers.     What will you be doing in this role?   • Collaborating with product managers and stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements.   • Translating needs into clear user stories, design documents, and product requirements.   • Supporting developers during sprints and ensuring alignment with product goals.   • Conducting user and market research to inform product decisions.   • Partnering with UX designers and documentation teams to ensure user- cent ered   design and   accurate   product documentation.       About the Team   You’ll   be joining a small, agile team of 3, including your manager, working closely with developers, UX designers,   data scientists , and stakeholders across the business. The product is complex,   and   you’ll   be involved in   creating and refining new processes of collaboration, especially with technical teams and UX.
