About the team: The Cross Product Testing Team is a specialized unit within Enterprise Payments at FIS. We focus on solution-level testing , where multiple payment products—domestic and international—are validated together in a fully integrated cloud environment. This ensures seamless interoperability across components like OPF, FEDWIRE, SEPA , SEPA INSTANT, FSIS, FXS, and CBIS. Our testing scope spans across real-world banking scenarios , enabling robust and scalable payment solutions for leading banks and financial institutions globally. What you will be doing: Configure and manage integrated cloud-based environments for enterprise payment products. Troubleshoot cross-product integration issues across OPF, WIRES, FSIS, CBIS, and related systems. Collaborate with QA and product teams to validate end-to-end business workflows. Support DevOps practices using Kubernetes, Helm, OpenLiberty, and CI/CD pipelines . Lead, mentor, and guide a small team of developers to support the onboarding of new products and troubleshoot integration issues across enterprise payment systems. Analyze logs, trace message flows, and resolve environment-level issues. Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture and secure design standards. Maintain and optimize test environments for performance and reliability. What you bring: 10+ years of experience in Java, Java EE/Jakarta EE applications. 5+ years of experience working as technical architect OR senior technical lead. Good hands-on experience  of Cloud, K8S, Helm charts , Openliberty, Microservices and DevOPS. Strong hands-on experience in Core Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Ansible, REST Webservices, Postgres, Oracle. Strong knowledge of Hibernate and Spring Framework. Regarded as an expert in Java full stack technologies. Knowledge on BitBucket. Strong in OOPS concepts, DBMS Concepts, Design / Architecture abilities and troubleshooting skills. Good understanding of how to design scalable, high-performance systems. Good understanding of secure design guidelines. Experience in using Agile / Lean practices and methodologies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to contribute to multiple projects. Proactive, result driven approach and be able to work with business side stakeholders.
