We are looking for a Senior Team Lead, Digital Sales to drive new business growth and strengthen customer relationships with small to medium-sized clients through effective digital engagement. In this hands-on role, you will manage and mentor a team, oversee customer portfolios, and actively support prospecting and lead generation while ensuring alignment with internal teams and delivering exceptional results. Developing and executing digital sales strategies in partnership with management to support long-term revenue growth. Enhancing cross-functional communication, ensuring alignment across teams to support shared business goals and strengthen collaboration. Managing forecasting and portfolio analysis, working closely with sales teams to ensure accuracy and reliability of data. Driving the identification and acquisition of new business opportunities, while serving as the primary escalation point for customer needs. Leading quality and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and team performance. Contributing to staffing and talent decisions to ensure the team is equipped with the right capabilities to meet objectives. About the Team     This position sits within the Academia & Government segment, a dynamic and mission‑driven part of our digital sales organization. You will be joining a collaborative team focused on supporting educational institutions and government organizations through scalable digital sales models, innovative customer engagement, and long‑term value creation.
