About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments Associates’ degree or higher in related field, with 2 years relevant work experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience working in an international matrix organization. Demonstrated analytical ability. Experience in understanding user workflows and creating sustainable processes.   Experience with creating differentiated offers and measuring differences and effectiveness of programs. Effective use of data to drive more complex decisions. It would be great if you also had : Experience working with academic libraries and consortia. Strong understanding of the academic information market. Experience with project management or Lean concepts. What would you be doing in this role: Drives portfolio sales performance across regions through new sales and renewals, supporting major renewals in partnership with Sales and Marketing. Supports go-to-market initiatives by analyzing internal and external data to identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities and improve sales workflows. Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver actionable insights, high-value account planning, and standardized reporting. Manages prioritization of analysis requests and maintains visibility of ongoing projects. Owns success metrics and provides regular reporting on performance, impact, and progress.
