Ce stage est une opportunité unique pour comprendre comment la formation contribue à la montée en compétence des collaborateurs et au développement de la culture d’entreprise. Le poste et les missions Au sein de l’équipe Learning, vous participerez activement à la gestion et au déploiement du plan de formation. Vos missions principales seront : Participer à la planification et à la coordination des sessions de formation. Contribuer au développement de la culture Learning auprès des collaborateurs et des managers à travers des actions de communication interne . Assurer le suivi administratif et analytique des sessions terminées, en cours et à venir ( reportings, indicateurs, tableaux de suivi ). Vous interviendrez sur un périmètre varié, en lien avec les équipes RH, les managers opérationnels et les organismes de formation Les compétences que vous développerez Ce stage vous permettra de renforcer vos compétences en : Organisation et planification d’activités de formation. Travail en équipe et coordination entre interlocuteurs variés. Communication et accompagnement du changement. Vous découvrirez également la dimension stratégique de la formation dans une entreprise industrielle internationale. Ce que nous allons aimer chez vous ? Vous préparez une Licence 3 ou un Master en Ressources Humaines, avec une appétence marquée pour la formation et le développement des compétences. Vous aimez travailler en équipe et interagir avec des profils variés. Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, votre sens de l’organisation et vos qualités de communication. Vous maîtrisez les outils Excel et PowerPoint et êtes à l’aise en anglais.
