Purpose of the role We’re looking for a  curious, collaborative, and data‑driven individual  to help shape how LSEG measures and understands its social media performance. In this role, you’ll build and use key performance indicators to evaluate our online presence and support teams across the business with clear, actionable insights. What you'll be doing Crafting and developing reports and communicating findings to key partners for strategic adoption. Run campaign analysis to communicate the impact of both organic and paid social media activity to support marketing. Provide insights and recommendations and identify trends, highlighting opportunities, and guide decision‑making across the organisation. Own the delivery of recurring and ad‑hoc reports, ensuring all information is accurate, timely, and easy to understand. Translate data into actionable recommendations for a variety of teams and partners. Present findings expertly to cross‑functional partners across multiple areas of the business. Apply your problem‑solving skills to spot patterns in data and support informed decision‑making. What you’ll bring Experience as an Analyst or a similar role with a focus on analysing data and using insights to guide marketing decisions Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and tools such as Google Analytics Experience working reporting and monitoring tools (e.g. Hootsuite) would be a plus. Strong communication, time‑management, and organisational skills Ability to extract insights from data and communicate recommendations clearly Experience presenting findings to partners at different levels of the organisation Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects Solid understanding of major social platforms (Facebook, X/Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok) Collaborative approach with the ability to build positive and trusting relationships What success looks like You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy working across multiple teams, managing multiple projects at once, and bringing clarity to complex data.
