We’re seeking a Senior Executive Administrative Assistant to join our A&G team in Belgrade. You will provide high-level administrative support to Senior Vice Presidents, managing complex tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring all operational needs are met. You will enhance team productivity through proactive planning, effective resource management, and cross collaboration. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments   2+ years of relevant experience  as an Executive Assistant supporting Senior Leaders 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Suite - Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams and AI tools such as Copilot 2+ years of experience attending leadership meetings, tracking action items, and driving follow ups 2+ years of experience working in an international environment with stakeholders in multiple time zones Proficiency in English Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent  work experience It would be great if you also   ha ve   . . .   Prior experience using Workday Prior experience writing internal comms texts or blog posts​​​ What will you be doing in this role?     ​Manages executive calendars and streamlines administrative processes.   Coordinates travel logistics , including bookings, itineraries, and accommodations, to align with executive schedules , resolving time conflicts as needed.   Prepares reports, meeting minutes, presentations, and materials to support executive decision-making and strategic initiatives.   Plans and coordinates high-profile meetings and events, ensuring all logistics are managed to meet executive needs.   C onveys key updates and critical information to team members and executives in a clear, concise manner.   Manages and maintains expense reports, procurement activities, and compliance with company policies , ensuring adherence and accuracy.   About the Team     You will be reporting to Senior Vice President, Content and supporting this leader (80%) alongside with Senior Vice President, Product Engineering (20%). You will be s upporting the organization's efficient operations by handling a range of tasks, from routine duties to managing complex activities that assist executives and leadership teams.
