Position Purpose : To manage smooth flow of etp operations as per defined parameters Key Accountabilities : To run all the three shift operation Safely by observing and rectifying the unsafe act and unsafe condition. To monitor all process operations of ETP,RO and Evaporator plants and attending problems occurring in shifts. Conducting safety tool box talk at the beginning of the shift, and adhering to safety practices. Hydraulic Management and Treatment of Effluent: Biological treatment & ZLD operations. Updating operation data of ETP, RO and Evaporator. Coordinating with vendor for Stack & AAQ monitoring. Conducting safety tool box talk at the beginning of the shift. Analysis of process samples to determine parameter values as per the process requirement. Identifying the deviation in process and taking corrective actions to meet desire results. Specificities: Single point of contact for assigned shift ensuring smooth operations of etp.
