The Position Dein Team Unser Team der Rechtsabteilung Deutschland berät die Geschäftsführungen der deutschen Landesgesellschaften sowie deren Geschäftsbereiche und Tochterunternehmen in allen Rechtsangelegenheiten. Zum umfassenden Aufgabengebiet, in welches der Referendar (m/w/d) aktiv mit einbezogen wird, gehören die Prüfung von Rechtsfragen, die Erteilung von Rechtsrat sowie die Mitgestaltung von Vertragsverhältnissen mit Kunden und Kooperationspartnern. Unser Team am Standort Penzberg besteht aus 4 Rechtsanwälten sowie 4 Paralegals, wobei wir standortübergreifend, Hand in Hand mit unseren Kollegen in Mannheim und der Schweiz, agieren. Dein Referendariat Im Rahmen Deiner juristischen Wahlstation hast Du bei uns als Referendar (m/w/d) die Möglichkeit, die Arbeitswelt eines Juristen in einem internationalen Großkonzern kennenzulernen. Dabei wirst Du insbesondere mit folgenden Aufgaben vertraut: An der Seite unserer Rechtsanwälte/Anwältinnen bearbeitest Du nationale und internationale Fragestellungen aus dem allgemeinen Wirtschaftsrecht und gewerblichen Rechtsschutz. Du wirkst bei Vertragsverhandlungen und der Vertragsgestaltung für den Abschluss künftiger Kooperationen – bspw. mit Universitäten oder Kliniken – mit. Das Erstellen von Gutachten unterschiedlichster Fragestellungen legen wir vertrauensvoll in Deine Hände. Als Teil unseres kreativen Teams wirkst Du zudem aktiv an nationalen und internationalen Projekten mit. Des Weiteren besitzt Du Kenntnisse im allgemeinen Wirtschaftsrecht und gewerblichen Rechtsschutz. Du konntest bereits erste praktische Erfahrung im Erstellen von Verträgen – idealerweise auch in englischer Sprache – sammeln. Eine pragmatische und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise bei der Entwicklung eigener Lösungsansätze zeichnet Dich aus.
