The Position Als Praktikant (m/w/d) im Bereich Site Services unterstützt Du im Facility Management in kaufmännischen, infrastrukturellen und technischen Bereichen an unseren neuen Standort in Ludwigsburg. In unserem Team hast Du die Möglichkeit, mit Deinen Beiträgen an folgenden Aufgaben mitzuwirken: Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung unserer FM-Steuerungs-Tools  Einblicke in die Steuerung der GLT  Mitarbeit bei der Steuerung und der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Systemdienstleister (IFM) Unterstützung bei der Durchführung und Auswertung von Daten Ausarbeitung und Recherche für standort interne Veränderungen Aktive Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft wie z.B. Bearbeitung von Tickets Für Dein Praktikum bringst Du folgende Voraussetzungen und Kenntnisse mit: Du bist Student (m/w/d) im Bereich Facility Management, Smart Building Engineering Management oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang Du bringst Interesse mit, für den Umgang mit CAFM-Tools und modernste Gebäudeleittechnik reizt Dich Deine Deutschkenntnisse sind fließend, Englisch sprichst Du konversationssicher Selbstständigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit zählen zu Deinen Stärken Ein Service Mindset ist für Dich selbstverständlich Deine Vorteile Flexible Zeiteinteilung 2025 € Vergütung im Monat für ein Vollzeitpraktikum > 3 Monate 37,5h die Woche 2,5 Tage Urlaub pro Monat Vernetzung mit anderen Studierenden Ganzheitlicher Einblick in das Facility Management (SBM) Mitarbeitervergünstigungen (Corporate Benefits) Modernes Arbeitsequipment (Arbeitsplätze + Ausstattung) Besondere Mitarbeiterkultur (z.B.
