Als Laborant (m/w/d) EFZ Fachrichtung Chemie unterstützt Du Roche bei der Entwicklung von innovativen Tests und Medikamenten, um Menschen zu einem längeren und besseren Leben zu verhelfen. Dies kann in der pharmazeutischen Forschung und Entwicklung sein, aber auch in der Qualitätskontrolle oder den Umwelt-/Arbeitssicherheitslaboratorien. Du arbeitest mit modernsten Geräten und Methoden in einem Team mit Chemikern, Biologen und Pharmazeuten. Nebst der Arbeit an Deinen Projekten, bist Du auch für den Laborunterhalt und die Betriebsbereitschaft der Analysen- und Messinstrumente und der allgemeinen Gerätschaften zuständig. Zu der zentralen Tätigkeit im Labor, bist Du auch viel am Computer beschäftigt. Mit Hilfe modernster Software erledigst Du die Arbeitsvorbereitung und Planung, die Datenauswertung und die Protokollierung der Experimente. Deine Arbeit und Ergebnisse präsentierst Du regelmässig Deinen Vorgesetzten oder direkt in interdisziplinären Teammeetings. Dein Profil Du bist neugierig und hast Freude an naturwissenschaftlichen Fragestellungen wie Biologie, Chemie, Physik und Mathematik.   Du arbeitest gerne im Team, beteiligst dich aktiv an Diskussionen und hast Spass daran eigene kreative Lösungsansätze zu finden, kannst aber auch selbständig und konzentriert für dich arbeiten Zuverlässigkeit, eine gute Beobachtungsgabe und gute manuelle Fertigkeiten sind drei wesentliche Merkmale die du mitbringen solltest.
