Während Deiner Ausbildung bekommst Du einen vielfältigen Einblick in die unterschiedlichsten Bereiche von Roche. Im Fokus steht, Dir einen nachhaltigen Lerneffekt zu garantieren und eigene Ideen einzubringen. Dabei arbeitest Du eng mit anderen Auszubildenden zusammen und wirst von Anfang an herzlich im Team aufgenommen.  Welche Aufgaben erwarten Dich? Praxiseinsätze absolvierst Du in allen kaufmännischen und informationstechnischen Fachbereichen des Unternehmens, wie globale und lokale IT, Entwicklung, Produktion, Logistik, Site Services, Einkauf, Vertrieb, Finance & Controlling und vielen mehr. Du konzipierst, modellierst und implementierst IT-Lösungen. Geschäftsprozesse werden von Dir informationstechnisch abgebildet. Du entwickelst Software in verschiedensten Bereichen, wie Python, Java, Google Technologien mit Apps Script sowie Technologien für Desktop- und Webanwendungen. Den technischen Betrieb von Business-IT-Systemen wie ERP, CRM und Logistiksoftware übernimmst Du. Datenbankentwicklung, Data Analytics und Reporting gehören zu Deinen Aufgaben. Du führst IT-Services und Consulting sowie IT-Projekt Management durch. Deine praktische Ausbildung findet bei Roche Diagnostics in Mannheim statt. Die Vorlesungen werden an der Dualen Hochschule Baden-Württemberg in Lörrach abgehalten. Für die Unterkunft in Lörrach gewähren wir einen Mietkostenzuschuss. Außerdem erhältst Du eine Fahrtkostenerstattung. Was wir Dir bieten: Wir bilden Dich nach dem innovativen Modell der Personalisierten Ausbildung aus.
