Der Bereich Quality Control innerhalb des Bereichs Operations Near Patient Care Mannheim ist für die termingerechte Prüfung und Freigabe von Einsatzstoffen, Zwischen- und Endprodukten von allem, was für die Herstellung des Near Patient Care Portfolios (HIP, SmartGuide, Accu-Chek, Cardiac, Accutrend, Combur, Pulse, Coagu-Chek etc.) erforderlich ist, wie z. B. Testsysteme, Teststreifen, Kassetten, Patches, Insulinpumpen sowie Verbrauchsmaterialien, verantwortlich. Ihre Aufgaben: - Sie führen selbstständig und termingerecht Prüfungen von Materialien aus externer und interner Fertigung einschließlich aller Vorarbeiten und Nachbereitungen durch - Dabei verwenden Sie verschiedene Analysemethoden und arbeiten mit verschiedenen Hilfsmitteln und Prüfmaschinen - Auf die Einhaltung und Arbeit nach vorliegenden Vorschriften und Arbeitsanweisungen sowie auf GMP-konforme Dokumentation von Ergebnissen legen Sie dabei besonderen Wert - Sie dokumentieren und archivieren Ergebnisse in z. Bsp. SAP, ERP- und anderen sowohl elektronisch als auch papierbasierten Systemen - Im Rahmen der Vorbereitungen zur Chargenfreigabe prüfen Sie die erhaltenen Ergebnisse auf Plausibilität und Vollständigkeit - Sie erkennen Qualitätsprobleme und Bewerten und Eskalieren diese sowie informieren verantwortliche Personen - Sie pflegen und überwachen Kontrollkarten und informieren zeitnah über auffällige Trends - Sie unterstützen die Erstellung und Änderung von Vorgabedokumenten und Durchführungsvorschriften - Sie führen Sondermessungen aufgrund Produktproblemen und Verbesserungsmaßnahmen durch - Entsprechend Ihrer Tätigkeit arbeiten Sie neue Kollegen ein und leisten kollegiale Anleitung, Beratung und Unterstützung - Sie engagieren sich im kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess und übernehmen Lean- Aktivitäten Ihre Profil: - Sie besitzen eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Chemielaborant, Physiklaborant oder CTA (bei CTA mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung in der Qualitätskontrolle) - Sie haben jetzt oder in der jüngsten Vergangenheit (maximal vor zwei Jahren) bereits Erfahrung mit Analysenmethoden in der Qualitätskontrolle oder mit Endkundendiagnostiksystemen gesammelt. - Sie zeichnen sich durch eine selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise aus und haben Erfahrung im GxP-Umfeld - Organisationstalent und Zuverlässigkeit zählen zu Ihren Stärken - Sie haben Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team - Veränderungen sehen sie als Chance der Weiterentwicklung und gehen diese mit Neugierde an. Darüber hinaus motivieren Sie Ihre Teamkollegen Veränderungen mitzutragen - Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Office-Anwendungen (z.B.
