The Position 主要工作目标 治疗领域经理负责管理内外部资源，服务客户，传递产品科学信息，收集需求和反馈，最终提高患者获益。 主要职责 规范诊疗 1. 基于公司相关产品策略，介绍罗氏产品的关键信息，使医生及专家认知并了解罗氏的产品知识 2. 基于公司疾病领域相关策略，传递相应疾病领域产品相关医学信息，促进医生制定规范治疗方案运用专业知识，助力生态圈内诊断准确度的提升 学科建设 1. 访问临床及病理医生，按时按质的完成相关客户 ( 尤其重点专家 ) 对于疾病领域洞见的收集进行总结、分析和反馈 2. 组织、协调并整合各类治疗领域学术会议，推动建立治疗领域治疗规范 疾病全程管理 支持协助患者解决方案经理，关注疾病领域全程管理和治疗方案优化 能力与经验 岗位所需胜任力 ● 具备相关疾病领域的基础知识； 3 年以上医药行业工作经验 ● 良好学习能力，业务敏锐度；较高的沟通能力和高效的执行能力 ● 正确的思维和行为 ( 使命驱动，合作共赢，成长性思维 ) ● 既往有销售 / 市场 / 医学经验，跨职能工作经验为佳 教育程度 / 所获资格证书 ● 医学或药学相关本科及以上学历 ● 在试用期内通过 RDPAC 考试；在试用期内完成罗氏所有必修课程 Who we are A healthier future drives us to innovate.
