Wir sind das Bindeglied zwischen Forschung und Produktion und treiben die  Entwicklung, Optimierung und Skalierung robuster und effizienter Zellkulturprozesse  für die Herstellung diagnostischer Biomoleküle voran. Bei uns haben Sie die Möglichkeit, aktiv an zukunftsweisenden Projekten mitzuarbeiten, die einen echten Mehrwert für die Patientinnen und Patienten schaffen. Ihre Aufgaben Als Praktikant (m/w/d) unterstützen Sie unser erfahrenes Team bei der Entwicklung und Charakterisierung von Zellkulturprozessen in unterschiedlichen Maßstäben. Ihre Hauptaufgaben umfassen: ●  Planung und Durchführung von Zellkulturexperimenten  (z.B. Stammhaltung, Fed-Batch-Kulturen) im Labor- und Technikumsmaßstab. ●  Medien- und Feed-Entwicklung:  Mitarbeit bei der Formulierung  und Testung neuer Nährmedien zur Prozessoptimierung. ●  Analytik:  Durchführung prozessbegleitender Analysen und Sicherstellung der Datenqualität. ●  Prozessdokumentation und -auswertung:  Sorgfältige  Dokumentation der Experimente und statistische Auswertung der gewonnenen Daten. ●  Labororganisation:  Allgemeine unterstützende Tätigkeiten im Zellkulturlabor ●  Mitarbeit an spezifischen Projekten  zur Prozesscharakterisierung,  -validierung oder zur Einführung neuer Technologien. Ihr Profil Sie studieren  Biotechnologie, Bioprozesstechnik, Biochemie,  Biologie  oder einen vergleichbaren naturwissenschaftlichen Studiengang. Idealerweise bringen Sie bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen im Labor mit. ●  Erste praktische Kenntnisse in der aseptischen Zellkulturtechnik  (vorzugsweise eukaryontische Zellen). ●  Kenntnisse in analytischen Methoden  zur Charakterisierung von Zellkulturen sind von Vorteil (z.B. Zellzähler, Metabolitanalysen). ●  Selbstständigkeit und Eigeninitiative:  Sie arbeiten  strukturiert, gewissenhaft und sind in der Lage, Aufgaben eigenverantwortlich zu übernehmen. ●  Teamfähigkeit:  Sie sind kommunikativ und arbeiten  gerne in einem interdisziplinären Team. ●  EDV-Kenntnisse:  Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere  Excel zur Datenauswertung). Kenntnisse in Statistiksoftware (z.B. JMP, R) sind ein Plus. ●  Sprachkenntnisse:  Sehr gute Deutsch- und/oder Englischkenntnisse  in Wort und Schrift.
