Wir unterstützen die technische Entwicklung im Bereich Pharma (PTD) sowie die neu gegründete Cell & Gene Therapy Organisation (PTC)  in Penzberg. Die Abteilung ITOT Quality and Lab Systems Support konzentriert sich dabei auf  analytische Laborgeräte und Systeme, um unsere Kunden in der Entwicklung und Produktion innovativer Therapeutika zu unterstützen. Das erwartet Dich Als Application Management Equipment Specialist arbeitest Du eng mit den Wissenschaftlern als Endanwender für analytische Geräte zusammen. Dabei unterstützt Du sie bei Supportfällen oder bei der Anbindung neuer analytischer Geräte.  Du leistest unseren Endanwendern Support vor Ort, online oder per Telefon und berätst sie bei ihren Anliegen Du unterstützt Supportfälle und hältst eine kontinuierliche Kommunikation & Information mit dem Kunden über die Bearbeitung aufrecht. Du bist verantwortlich für den Betrieb von analytischen Systemen nach GMP Vorgaben und die betreust die Applikationen technisch, bspw. durch die Installation, Konfiguration und Auslieferung von Steuerrechnern und anderer IT Hardware, Einrichtung von Zugängen oder Management von Windows/Linux Servern Du bindest neue Geräte im Windows oder Linux in Zusammenarbeit mit den Herstellern und unseren IT Abteilungen an  und setzt dabei entsprechende Standards Du übernimmst technische Aufgaben und treibst die kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer Systeme und Prozesse voran. Du hinterfragst bestehende Betriebskonzepte kritisch, bringst proaktiv neue Impulse ein und entwickelst Konzepte zur Optimierung, insbesondere zur Automatisierung von aktuell manuellen Prozessen. Du erstellst und pflegst Masterdaten für Laboranwendungen, um die korrekte Funktionsweise der Geräte bzw. Gerätesoftware sicherzustellen. Du arbeitest vorrangig mit dem Ticketsystem ServiceNow im Bereich des IT Service Managements (Requests, Incidents und Changes) Du unterstützt das Reporting und die Einhaltung der Service Level Agreements. Das bringst Du mit Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Informatik, Bioinformatik (Bachelor oder Master), eine Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker(in)  oder eine vergleichbare Berufsausbildung mit bspw. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer IT Organisation Du hast über Erfahrung im Computer Management und der Entwicklung von Automatisierung, bspw. zur Softwareverteilung  Skriptsprachen oder grundlegende Programmierung gehen dir gut von der Hand Du kennst Schnittstellentechnologien wie OPC, Rest, MQTT Du bist proaktiv und kommunikationsstark und gehst offen auf neue Kollegen zu Du erkennst die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden, reagierst flexibel auf Änderungen und hinterfragst kontinuierlich Prozesse zur Effizienzsteigerung Du arbeitest gerne im Team, bist gut organisiert und übernimmst selbständig Verantwortung für deine Aufgaben und Projekte, bist selbstsicher Du bist bereit zu reisen, um das Vorgehen bspw. mit anderen Standorten abzustimmen.
