The Position Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities . Collaborate with brand peer to maximize the portfolio brand equity and business performance. . Develop and execute brand strategy to drive growth of business. . Plan and implement academic projects successfully in line with brand strategy. . Build and lead cross-functional project teams. Set clear expectations, delegate tasks, and ensure team members are motivated and productive. . Establish and enhance the relationship and cooperation with TAEs through integrated platforms, build up high reputation among TAEs. . Closely monitor and report brand performance and competitors’ related activities. . Develop promotional materials and tolls and finish sales training regularly. Qualification and Experience . 5+ years’ working experience in marketing and sales (2+years in marketing). . Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical / business or related . Strong experience in related T.A. with solid KOL relationships. . Fluent English ability for frequent communication. . Excellent interpersonal ability. . Comprehensive experience in project management and innovation. . Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. .
