Innerhalb von NPC Operations sind wir global für die End-to-End-Produktion von Lösungen für die kontinuierliche Glukose-Überwachung (CGM), die Blutzuckermessung (BGM) und Insulin Delivery (IDS) sowie für Point-of-Care (POC)-Produkte verantwortlich. Unsere wichtigsten internen Produktionsstätten sind Mannheim in Deutschland und Indianapolis in den USA. Deine neue Rolle Sei Teil unserer Reise– Wir suchen eine ausgewiesene Digital Leader Persönlichkeit zur Leitung der Einheit Manufacturing & QC Application Support. Diese Rolle ist Teil der neuen Digital Operations Unit für Near Patient Care in Mannheim. In dieser Position führst Du ein Team aus qualifizierten Digital Experts, förderst die Optimierung von Support-Prozessen und Digital Solutions für Manufacturing und Quality Control (QC) sowie unsere unterstützenden Funktionen. In der Rolle als sowohl Experte als auch Coach spielst Du eine zentrale Rolle bei der Gestaltung und Implementierung maßgeschneiderter digitaler Lösungen, der Förderung einer Innovationskultur und der Sicherstellung der Compliance. Durch die Ausrichtung operativer Anforderungen an die Geschäftsziele treibst Du messbare Ergebnisse voran und gewährleistest Exzellenz in einer dynamischen und komplexen 24/7 Support-Umgebung. Deine Hauptaufgaben Du führst, motivierst und entwickelst ein diverses Team von Digital Experten und Spezialisten, indem Du eine Kultur förderst, die Innovation, Zusammenarbeit und Anpassungsfähigkeit vorantreibt, um den Unternehmenserfolg zu sichern. Du planst, verfolgst und optimierst die Teamleistung und Ressourcenzuweisung, um kurz- und mittelfristige Ziele zu erreichen und gleichzeitig die operative Effizienz zu gewährleisten. Du überwachst die Compliance, Optimierung und Implementierung von digitalen Systemen, die Manufacturing- und QC-Prozesse unterstützen, und Du stellst die Einhaltung der operativen Anforderungen und des „Right-to-Operate“ der Organisation sicher. Du löst komplexe Probleme und triffst eigenständige Entscheidungen, um operative Herausforderungen zu bewältigen, die auf Geschäftsprioritäten ausgerichtet sind und nachhaltige Lösungen vorantreiben. Du stellst die Ausrichtung auf das globale Operations Support Framework sicher, indem Du GO-Ziele integrierst und mit unserem Standort in Indianapolis zusammenarbeitest, um konsistenten und effektiven operativen Support zu liefern. Du verwaltest Abteilungsbudgets und -kosten, überwachst die finanzielle Leistung und Du stellst die Verantwortlichkeit für Ergebnisse sicher, um Geschäftsziele zu erreichen. Erforderlicher Reiseanteil: Bis zu 20% internationaler Reiseanteil. Wer Du bist Master-Abschluss in Ingenieurwesen, Informatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder einem verwandten Bereich. Über 8 Jahre Erfahrung in dem relevanten Feld, einschließlich Erfahrung in der People Leadership, mit Spezialwissen und Expertise in Production- und QC-Prozessen sowie deren Support-Prozessen. Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in Operations, insbesondere in Produktions- und/oder QC Bereiche, mit einem fundierten Verständnis von 24/7 Support-Modellen und den damit verbundenen Herausforderungen. Nachgewiesene Leadership-Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer, diverser Teams mit Fokus auf Integration, Performance und Kultur-Building. Expertise in Digital Systems im Zusammenhang mit Produktion- und/oder QC Operations, einschließlich deren Implementierung, Optimierung und Compliance. Starke Entscheidungsfähigkeit, strategisches Denken und die Fähigkeit, Budgets, Ressourcen und operative Prozesse effektiv zu verwalten. Verhandlungssichere Kenntnisse sowohl in Deutsch als auch in Englisch sind essenziell, um eine effektive Kommunikation mit lokalen Teams und internationalen Stakeholdern (z.B.
