The Position Im Kreis „Lab Automation“ – Teil des Bereichs „Operate and Maintain Assets“ – bist du für den technischen Betrieb, die Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Laborautomationssysteme an den Standorten Basel und Kaiseraugst verantwortlich. Unser Zweck: „We do asset care – für einen reibungslosen Betrieb von Areal, Gebäuden und Anlagen.“ Du arbeitest eng mit Forschenden, Ingenieuren und externen Partnern zusammen, um eine zuverlässige, sichere und zukunftsorientierte Laborinfrastruktur zu gewährleisten. Die Möglichkeit End-to-End-Support für Laborautomationslösungen über den gesamten Lebenszyklus (Inbetriebnahme, Betrieb, Wartung, Optimierung) Diagnostiziere und behebe Störungen im Bereich Elektro-, Mess-, Steuer- und Regelungstechnik (EMSR) Plane und führe Software-Anpassungen, Umprogrammierungen und Hardware-Umbauten durch Koordiniere und überwache externe Dienstleister und Hersteller zur Sicherstellung von Qualität, Zeit und Budget Optimiere bestehende Anlagen und Prozesse zur Steigerung von Effizienz und Verfügbarkeit Integriere, parametriere und programmiere Geräte, Komponenten und Subsysteme Führe Wartungs- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten nach definierten Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards durch Unterstütze Projekte durch technische Expertise und Erfahrung im Bereich Laborautomation Was dich erwartet: Du arbeitest mit innovativen Technologien und Automationssystemen in einem vielseitigen Umfeld an der Schnittstelle zwischen Forschung, Technik und Betrieb. Du übernimmst Verantwortung für den sicheren Betrieb und trägst aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung der Laborinfrastruktur bei Roche bei. Wer Du bist Du bist eine engagierte, lösungsorientierte und analytisch denkende Persönlichkeit mit einem hohen Qualitätsbewusstsein. Du arbeitest gerne an komplexen technischen Systemen und trägst dazu bei, dass unsere Forschungsteams jederzeit auf zuverlässige Automationslösungen zählen können. Erforderliche Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Automatiker EFZ, Elektroniker EFZ, Elektriker EFZ oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Labor- oder Prozessautomation mit Schwerpunkt auf Steuerungs-, Regelungstechnik und Systemintegration Fundierte Kenntnisse in EMSR-Technik, Steuerungssoftware, Geräteintegration und Systemdiagnose Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und Englischkenntnisse in Schrift und Sprache  Proaktive, strukturierte und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise  Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit und technischer Weiterentwicklung  Call to Action Bist du bereit, unsere Laborinfrastruktur voranzutreiben?
