The Position 岗位：Payer Innovation Manager/Senior Manager支付创新经理/高级经理 工作地：上海 您将致力于为罗氏制药与国内商业保险公司建立全面的合作关系，并落地健康险目录、健康险产品内容开发、商业保险增值服务等多维度的合作内容。搭建起罗氏制药在商业保险合作领域完整的生态圈，包括但不限于各类商业保险TPA、各种体制医院、及药品流通企业等。 您的机会： 与国内头部保司、行业协会、保险TPA、医院及药店等终端保险服务场景建立良好的合作关系； 根据罗氏产品特点，协调内外部资源，围绕专病险、复发险、门诊险、惠民险等不同社商及纯商险模式，设计产品，嵌入保险责任，或以增值服务方式体现，达成工作目标； 根据要求组织筹办相关学术会议； 协助直线经理完成公司及团队的核心业务指标。 期待您： 具备 本科及以上学历，医学、公卫、经济学等相关专业优先 拥有同业同职能部门3年以上工作经验；或再保公司、直保公司、保险TPA，产品及两核相关岗位3年以上工作经验； 熟悉药品流通行业情况，尤其实体零售及医药电商零售的终端场景，对各类商业逻辑及业务形态有深刻了解； 熟悉医疗、医保体系的基本政策，包括分级诊疗、医保支付制度改革等；对公立医疗体系、民营医疗体系的内涵及现状有深刻理解； 具备良好的商务沟通能力及一定的行业资源； 良好的内驱力及学习能力 适应中等及以上频度的差旅（出差频率：25%-50%） Who we are A healthier future drives us to innovate.
