The Position 主要职责 / 责任   1 、执行所属地区关键医院的准入计划 1.1 根据总部与BU讨论的每年医院开发计划，准备地区的医院开发计划和时间表，确保在有临床提单情况下的开发成功率 1.2 推动需开发医院的药事会、临采流程，提供关键医院药学部解决方案 1.3 确保所属区域关键医院的已准入状态的维护；将医院总控影响降到最低；维护好与关键医院医保办合作 1.4 协助多渠道准入团队处理区域关键医院或自费药房的价格谈判 1.5 协助招标和多渠道准入团队处理区域关键医院确标和专家工作 2 、负责所属地区关键医院业务计划 制定 2.1  熟知所负责医院信息和动态变化，完成和完善地区关键医院的 业务计划 2.2 根据每家医院的 业务计划 ，合理分配学术项目所负责的医院 2.3  根据确认的 业务计划 ，向项目团队建议每家医院创新方案， 2.4  搭建跨部门的沟通平台，分享和落实部分关键医院的 业务计划 3 、负责建立与所属地区关键医院的合作关系 3.1 根基公司 CRM 拜访要求，每月制定客户拜访计划，每周上报拜访报告，及时向上级反馈市场信息 3.2了解和挖掘所负责地区关键医院业务和学术发展需求，与策略和项目团队讨论提供相应的学术支持 3.3  协助实施区域品牌项目，培养区域的讲者，打造公司在区域的影响力 3.4 支持策略和项目团队的全国和区域项目在所负责地区关键医院的实施 3.5  整合内外部资源，搭建平台，为核心关键医院提供解决方案 4 、日常工作管理 4.1  按时准确完成日常工作和相关报告 4.2  完成年度KPI目标 4.3  严格遵守和执行公司的合规政策 教育程度 / 所获资格证书 1、大学本科及以上学历 2、医药相关专业优选 岗位所需胜任力 1、具备3年及以上医药销售经理相关工作经验； 2、具备主动学习能力，能提供建议和解决方案； 3、具备医院高管的管理能力，同医院客户建立持久长期的良好合作关系，为客户提供价值 具备项目管理能力 4、掌握项目管理基本知识和技能及工具，能针对性的设计修改项目方案，体现罗氏制药的独特价值；能在项目推进的过程中，灵活调整且做好风险预案，主动管理风险 5、具有谈判和影响能力，能够根据分析出客户的需求和底线，随机应变的给出对应策略；能进行双赢谈判方案设计，与上级、合作部门共同分析讨论，改进谈判方案；建立影响，传递价值，能够不断总结谈判的成功经验，确保谈判成果 具备团队合作能力 6、善于与团队内部或跨部门同事合作分工，合理安排彼此工作重点； 7、具有重大事件解决能力，能对风险有所预判并准备相关预案； 8、能独立策划与举办跨部门沟通合作平台会议 具有区域管理能力，落地执行区域发展策略，能在多项事物之间保持好资源投入的平衡； 9、具有高质量地执行流程能力，能够妥善的处理异常情况；能够勇于坚持观点和承担后果，在团队中成为表率，影响带动他人 能适应环境和条件的变化， 10、具有较强的抗压能力，主动学习和参与创新，追求卓越绩效     Who we are A healthier future drives us to innovate.
