Die neu entstandene Customer Area Near Patient Care (NPC) innerhalb unserer Business Area Roche Diagnostics Solutions kombiniert unser Fachwissen rund um das Point-of-Care und Diabetes Care Portfolio. Unser Ziel in Near Patient Care ist es, dass in allen Bereichen des Gesundheitssystems – von zu Hause, in der Apotheke, beim Arzt bis hin zur Notaufnahme sowie im Krankenhaus – präzise Diagnosen durchgeführt werden können, um ein nachhaltiges Gesundheitssystem zu unterstützen.   In Near Patient Care verantworten wir die Herstellung von kontinuierlichem Glukosemonitoring (CGM), Blutzuckermonitoring (BGM), Insulinabgabesystemen (IDS) sowie für Point-of-Care (POC) Produkte. Die Position Vertrauensvoll legen wir die disziplinarische Führung der Produktionsmitarbeitenden der Prozesseinheit in deine Hände. Dabei wendest du kreative Führungsqualitäten nach dem VACC-Modell (Visionary, Architect, Coach, Catalyst) an. Ziele definieren, vereinbaren und nachhalten bereitet dir große Freude sowie das Führen von Mitarbeitergesprächen. Du bist dir deiner Vorbildrolle bewusst und stellst eine lebende Shopfloor-Kultur sicher. Du stellst einen reibungslosen funktionierenden Produktionsablauf sicher. Du behältst Menge, Qualität und Termintreue stets im Blick, sodass dir Kapazitätsengpässe und -überhänge direkt ins Auge stechen. Du bist verantwortlich für die Planung und Steuerung des Personal- und Materialeinsatzes zur optimalen Zielerreichung. Hierzu etablierst du Ziele und Kennzahlen, die zur Umsetzung unserer Strategie beitragen. Du verantwortest die Sicherstellung und Einhaltung der GMP-konformen Herstellpraxis (inklusive GMP-konformer Dokumentation) und vertrittst den Bereich in Audits. Du verantwortest die Einhaltung aller relevanten Sicherheits- und Umweltvorschriften. Du führst laufend Optimierungen und Verbesserungen der Produktionsanlagen und des Produktionsablaufs durch und lebst den KVP/LEAN-Gedanken sowie Operational Excellence vor. Auch für das Team stellst du eine kontinuierliche Weiterbildung bezüglich der Anwendung von KVP/LEAN-Methoden sicher. Wer Du bist Du hast eine abgeschlossenes technisches/naturwissenschaftliches (Fach-)Hochschulstudium. Zusätzlich bringst Du mehrjährige (3-5 Jahre) Berufserfahrung im Produktionsumfeld pharmazeutischer/diagnostischer Produkte sowie idealerweise erste Erfahrung in der (fachlichen) Führung von Mitarbeitenden. Du hast Kenntnisse gängiger Produktions-IT Tools (MES, SAP, etc.). Du hast ein ausgeprägtes GMP-Verständnis. Du verfügst über vertiefte Kenntnisse von Problemlösungstechniken und Qualitätssicherungs-Methoden, Qualitätssicherungssysteme (QS-Reg, FDA), Prozessqualifizierung und Validierung. Dich kennzeichnen sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift (sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse).
