The Position Verantwortlichkeiten - das erwartet Dich Als Leiter Produktionsbetrieb Operations 4 bist Du intern als Asset Lead für das Produktionseinheit Operations 4 verantwortlich. Operations 4 ist eines der modernsten und strategisch wichtigsten Produktions-Assets im Roche Netzwerk. Als Launch-Heimat mehrerer Moleküle aus der Entwicklung verbindet Operations 4 kommerzielle Produktion mit anspruchsvollen technischen Transfers und enger Zusammenarbeit mit globalen Funktionen – eine fachlich vielseitige und dynamische Umgebung. Innerhalb SDPM stellst Du die Performance der Produktionseinheit Operations 4 sicher und übernimmst die Führung für die Teamleads und Experten von Operations 4. Du agierst als Coach und Mentor und förderst die Weiterentwicklung Deiner Mitarbeitenden.  Du schaffst ein offenes und kollaboratives Umfeld durch Deine Mitarbeiterführung, Motivation, Coaching und die Entwicklung von Führungskräften (Teamleads) und Spezialisten/Experten.  Du übernimmst die Rolle als Leiter der Herstellung und trägst Verantwortung für Qualität, Supply und Kosten und bis für die Personal- und Kapazitätsplanung des Assets verantwortlich.  Mit Deinem Team löst Du auftretende Probleme und Betriebsstörungen und bist verantwortlich für die GMP-konforme Herstellung, das Auditmanagement, die Sicherstellung der Qualifikation von Maschinen & Räumen sowie die Validierung von Prozessen in Abstimmung mit den Schnittstellenfunktionen.  Du setzt Lean- und agile Arbeitsweisen in Deinem Team um und stellst die funktionsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit sicher. Du wirkst im Management der DP Manufacturing Einheit zur strategischen Ausrichtung mit und beeinflusst diese maßgeblich. Zuletzt gehören  die Sicherstellung & Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen, Lean-Strategien und KPIs zu deinen Aufgaben. In diesem Sinne treibst du eine neue Denkweise und Mindset voran, die es für die erfolgreiche Arbeit in der DP Einheit benötigt. Du stärkst das Vertrauen innerhalb des Teams durch Transparenz, Übergabe von Verantwortlichkeiten, einer offenen Speak-Up und Fehlerkultur. Du bringst eine starke Passion für Mitarbeiterentwicklung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung mit und schaffst eine Umgebung, in der das Team selbst organisiert Aufträge bearbeiten und Verantwortung für seinen Prozess übernehmen kann. Deine lösungsorientierte Grundhaltung und Can-Do Einstellung bestimmt dein tägliches Handeln. Darüber hinaus zeichnen Dich folgende Kompetenzen und Qualifikationen aus Du bringst ein naturwissenschaftliches oder technisches Studium mit Qualifikation als Leiter der Herstellung nach AMWHV mit. Du hast mehr als 10 Jahre Erfahrung im GMP-Produktionsumfeld und mehr als 5 Jahre disziplinarische Führungserfahrung . Dich zeichnen Deine hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern und die nachgewiesene Qualifikation als LdH aus. Du steuerst und gestaltest aktiv die Zusammenarbeit mit globalen Funktionen und Senior-Management-Gremien, insbesondere im Kontext von Technical Transfers, Launch-Aktivitäten und strategischen Initiativen, und vertrittst die Interessen des Assets wirkungsvoll auf Netzwerkebene. Du kannst tiefgreifende Kenntnisse in der Pharma Sterilproduktion und idealerweise im Bereich Quality nachweisen. Du hast als Führungskraft gezeigt, wie Du VACC und Lean-Leadership (nachgewiesene Fähigkeit zur Konzeption und Umsetzung von Optimierungsinitiativen) lebst  Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Projektmanagement sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit internationalen Gremien und verhandlungssicheres Englisch runden Dein Profil ab.
