The Position Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities 主要职责/责任 Demonstrated experience in pre-launch and post-launch planning for new products, with a strong focus on the immunology Therapeutic Area. Understand and implement both strategic and tactical plan to realize market opportunities Participate in brand strategy and action plan development and communication with the brand team and cross-functional team Maintain good engagement with KOLs, and target regional key customers  Drive execution excellence in product innovative disease management campaigns Collaborate within the marketing team, advocate continuous improvement and best practice sharing Provide support to department projects and take initiative in creative ideas of execution excellence Communicate and collaborate effectively with other brand relevant departments Education/Qualifications教育程度/所获资格证书 Bachelor above Minimum 3-5 years’ experience of Marketing/Sales in Pharmaceutical or related industry Good communication and presentation skills in Chinese and English (oral and writing) Strong Project Management capabilities, self-motivated and results-driven Strong execution capability, strong cross-functional communication Experienced in big brand (>500M) management Job Required Competencies岗位所需胜任力 Generate Market, Customer & Competitive Insight Connecting with others Influencing Innovation Execution with impact     Who we are A healthier future drives us to innovate.
