The Position Foodlicious ist unser Tagesgeschäft Aus der Taverne Roche ist in über 30 Jahren ein erfolgreiches Gastronomieunternehmen im Bereich der Gemeinschaftsgastronomie entstanden. Die Tavero AG ist eine 100% Tochtergesellschaft der F. Hoffmann-La Roche. An den Standorten Basel und Kaiseraugst beschäftigen wir rund 350 Mitarbeitende aus über 41 Nationen. Unser Angebot umfasst sowohl Staff Restaurants, die vielfältigen Genuss bieten, als auch Fine Dining Restaurants mit gehobener Küche und exzellentem Service. Möchtest dein Können in der Sommerzeit (Mai bis September 2026) im Schöpfli unter Beweis stellen? Du verfügst über Superheldenqualitäten in der Küche wie auch im Umgang mit deinen Gästen. Als Koch/Köchin im Schöpfli fungierst du vor allem als kreatives Talent mit und als umsichtiger, emphatischer und unterstützender Teamplayer für deine Kollegen. Deine Aufgaben Termingerechte Bereitstellung aller Angebotskomponenten Einbringen neuer Ideen zur Weiterentwicklung des Angebots Mithilfe bei administrativen Aufgaben, insbesondere tägliche Lager- und Frischwarenbestellung und der monatlichen Inventur Mithilfe bei der Planung und Durchführung von kulinarischen Aktionen und Sonderanlässen Täglich anfallende Reinigungs-und Unterhaltungsarbeiten Mitverantwortlich Einhaltung der QS Hygienerichtlinien der Tavero AG und CH Wirtegesetz Korrekter Umgang mit den Warenlieferungen und Lagerung der Ware Stellvertretung des Küchenchefs    Dein Profil Du hast eine abgeschlossene Kochausbildung (EFZ) Du verfügst über mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung (exkl. Ausbildungsjahre) Du bist ein Organisationstalent und hast ein ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein Du besitzt ein Durchsetzungsvermögen Du hast eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise und übernimmst Verantwortung Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit sind für dich selbstverständlich Du hast Kenntnisse der Schweizer Lebensmittelgesetzgebung Einsatzbereitschaft von MO-FR zwischen 9.00 bis 21.00 Uhr  Du verfügst über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, um deine Kunden kompetent beraten zu können In einer digitalen Welt wünschen wir uns zudem, einen sicheren Umgang mit Computerprogrammen (MS Office)     Who we are A healthier future drives us to innovate.
