The Position Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities 主要职责 / 责任 (Major functions of the position)                                （职位的首要职能） 依据抗感染市场策略、行业发展及数据分析，与即时零售平台合作，共同推进速福达在即时零售渠道的拓展，实现业务增长 结合抗感染市场策略、即时零售行业发展趋势，与即时零售平台达成长期合作，共同推动速福达在即时零售市场的业务体量增长 深入洞察各个即时零售平台的发展现状，进行销售目标拆解、投资计划制定等 结合抗感染市场策略，根据即时零售平台特性与平台共创疾病教育活动计划，跟进落地实施，确保速福达在全国重点城市的即时零售平台上有充足的供给覆盖和蜂窝覆盖 有效利用即时零售平台的活动资源及数据，赋能连锁药店客户的供应链计划调整，推动全国重点连锁及区域重点连锁在即时零售平台的业务增长及活动共建 对各项业务过程指标跟进管理，实施中不断优化，最大化投入产出比，推动业务持续向前发展 2、深入洞察即时零售渠道用户画像，共创并执行扩大目标产品品牌声量的联合活动，并助力业务增长 深入洞察即时零售渠道用户画像及需求，与即时零售平台共创并执行联合发声项目，通过即时零售平台广泛扩大速福达品牌声量，与连锁药店客户形成共鸣，助力业务增长 深入洞察即时零售平台的潜在用户画像，利用平台工具触达潜在用户开展疾病教育，设计有效激活潜在用户的项目，助力目标产品在即时零售场景下的关键信息传递及转化 3、与内部跨团队建立良好的沟通与合作机制，整合资源，最大化公司业务目标 积极配合市场部执行公司在零售端的品牌策略，扩大目标产品在C端知晓度 保持与市场部的密切合作，针对即时零售市场多层级关键决策人保持品牌关键信息传递的统一性 同零售NKA等团队保持沟通，确保药品目标终端快速可及和便利性 4、其他相关工作 收集市场多方反馈，协助上级主管进行策略迭代，探索建立和优化以患者为中心的生态圈 不断提升自身业务能力，追求高绩效 上级指派的其他临时性任务 Qualification and Experience 能力与经验 Education/Qualifications 教育程度 / 所获资格证书 大学本科及以上 医学、药学、市场营销或相关专业优先 Leadership Competencies 领导者胜任力 政策理解和行业洞察力、较强的策略分析能力 结果导向、具有典型成长思维 客户沟通与管理 Job Required Competencies 岗位所需胜任力 1）3年以上药品即时零售渠道管理经验（OTC或处方药） 2）对药品即时零售的行业政策及发展趋势有较为深度的认知和判断 3）良好的沟通和语言表达能力     Who we are A healthier future drives us to innovate.
