The Position 主要职责/责任 客户管理 与关键客户建立良好的信息沟通渠道, 探寻医疗卫生专业人士（HCP）观念、学术需求 传递专业化医学/疾病/产品信息 传递相应疾病领域的科学进展，促进医生制定规范治疗方案 传递罗氏产品的关键信息，提高罗氏产品认知，并收集反馈 传递疾病领域诊断相关信息，助力生态圈内患者诊断率提升 学科建设 了解医院现有疾病领域诊疗路径及专家诊疗观念及流程 梳理相关治疗科室及诊疗流程上的痛点 通过搭建头部医院交流或跨院培训、教育会议进行医生/科室教育 逐步搭建规范化的诊疗平台 计划管理 规划相应生态圈的学术推广计划，和协作同事协商达成最终方案，并进行实施。 组织和支持区域专家会议 了解医生观念、需求、会议安排；制定会议及覆盖计划；执行会议计划；回访收集反馈 按公司规定合理制定预算，并按计划实施完成，确保资源的合理和有效利用 规范诊疗与疾病全程管理 推动专家的诊疗观念及行为转变，实现规范化诊疗 和患者解决方案经理协同合作，关注并推动疾病领域全程管理和治疗方案优化 自我管理和团队协作 成为产品和疾病领域的专家 对团队新成员提供辅导和支持 主动地与生态圈内外团队成员进行合作和分享，以整合资源，提升团队能力。 能力与经验 岗位所需胜任力 具备相关疾病领域的基础知识 良好学习能力 业务敏锐度 较高的沟通能力和高效的执行能力 正确的思维和行为 (使命驱动，合作共赢，成长性思维) 工作年限 3年以上医药行业工作经验 既往有销售/市场/医学经验 跨职能工作经验为佳 教育程度/所获资格证书 医学或药学相关本科及以上学历 在试用期内通过RDPAC考试 在试用期内完成罗氏所有必修课程     Who we are A healthier future drives us to innovate.
