The Position Roche היא חברת הביוטכנולוגיה המובילה בעולם המחויבת לקידום רפואה מותאמת אישית בתחומי האונקולוגיה, המטולוגיה, אופתלמולוגיה, נוירולוגיה ועוד. בישראל, הפעילות של רוש ממוקדת בשיווק, הנגשת תרופות ומחקר קליני. רוש, כחברה פורצת דרך בתחומי רפואה רבים, מובילה פריצת דרך נוספת במודל עבודה חדשני, הטומן בחובו הזדמנויות רבות לצמיחה והתפתחות. אנחנו ברוש מאמינים שעל מנת להגשים את כוכב הצפון שלנו, יש לפעול בראיה רחבה יותר מול כלל הגורמים בשוק המהווים את האקוסיסטם שלנו. מתוך כך נולד תפקיד ה- Patient Journey Partner, שהוא תפקיד מפתח, רחב וחדשני הממוקד בצרכי המטופלים והלקוחות. בתפקיד זה, נדרשת יכולת לבניית קשרים חזקים וליצירת שותפות אמיתית עם לקוחות לאורך הדרך.  תפקיד ה- Patient Journey Partner משלב בתוכו תחומי אחריות ממספר תפקידים המוכרים היום בתעשיית הפארמה, החל מעבודה אסטרטגית, מדעית, שיווקית ועבודת שטח ממוקדת לקוח. ה- Patient Journey Partner מהווה את הפנים של רוש בכלל האינטראקציות מול הלקוחות שלנו ואחראי על יצירת שיתופי פעולה והובלת תהליכים משמעותיים וחדשניים באקוסיסטם הישראלי. תחומי האחריות המרכזיים: ● בניית תכנית אסטרטגית לתחום הטיפולי המוגדר, כולל אחריות תקציבית ● ניהול כלל האינטראקציות עם בעלי עניין במסע המטופל בתוך האקו-סיסטם ● זיהוי צרכים, אתגרים והזדמנויות לאורך מסע המטופל ומתן מענה ופתרונות מותאמים בתחומים עדכניים כגון, רפואה מותאמת אישית, בריאות דיגיטלית ועוד. ● הובלת חדשנות ותהליכים משמעותיים בשיתוף עם הלקוחות, שיאפשרו תוצאות טובות יותר עבור המטופלים. ● עבודה בקבוצות חוצות ארגון, מקומיות וגלובליות מי את/ה: התפקיד מתאים לאנשים בעלי רצון להתנסות במודל עבודה אחר - מודל מולטידיסיפלינרי, המאפשר מרחב פעולה רחב, אחריות גדולה ומנדט להוביל מהלכים משמעותיים בארגון ומחוצה לו.  אנשים בעלי תשוקה לעבודה עם צוותים רפואיים, המביאים איתם רקע מגוון לתפקיד שהוא "גם וגם" ומשלב בתוכו מגוון יכולות שיאפשרו לדיאלוג עם הרופאים לעשות הבדל בחיי המטופלים.  ניסיון מוכח בניהול קשרי לקוחות מורכבים וביצירת שותפויות משמעותיות עם מובילי דעה באקוסיסטם הרפואי  ניסיון קודם בתפקיד מנהל מוצר/PS/ראש צוות בפארמה (מינימום 5 שנות ניסיון) – עדיפות לניסיון בתחום העיניים ניסיון בעבודה שיווקית מדעית מול צוותים רפואיים  תואר אקדמי במדעי החיים  ניסיון בפיתוח והובלת פרויקטים בשיתוף עם הלקוחות אנחנו רצים יחד למרחקים ארוכים וגאים לעבוד בסביבה בה שליחות ומשמעות נפגשים.  הצטרפו אלינו למסע חדשני שבו כוכב הצפון הוא טובת המטופל.      Who we are A healthier future drives us to innovate.
