Die Rolle Als Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) in der Abfüllung Elecsys bist du Teil eines Teams, das jährlich über 60 Millionen Reagenzienflaschen für die immunologische Diagnostik abfüllt. Mit diesen Reagenzien werden weltweit jährlich über eine Milliarde Blutuntersuchungen durchgeführt. Dein Einsatz ist unbefristet und trägt maßgeblich zur Einhaltung unserer hohen GMP-Qualitätsstandards bei. Verantwortlichkeiten Abfüllung von Diagnostika-Ansätzen unter Einhaltung entsprechender Herstellanweisungen und den gültigen GMP-Richtlinien Überwachung und Steuerung komplexer Abfüllanlagen sowie der Bedienung von Fertigungsleitsystemen Prüfung, Kalkulation und Erfassung der Verbrauchsmaterialien Exakte Dokumentation aller durchgeführten Arbeitsschritte Instandhaltung und Reinigung von Anlagen Hinweis: Diese Tätigkeit erfordert die Bereitschaft zum 3-Schicht-Betrieb (Früh-, Spät- und Nachtschicht) mit entsprechender zusätzlicher Vergütung. Die Arbeit findet unter Reinraumbedingungen statt und erfordert das Tragen von kompletter Schutzkleidung. Zudem gehört das kontinuierliche Heben von Lasten bis zu 10 kg sowie der Umgang mit humanen Seren zu deinen Aufgaben. Wer bist Du Du bringst eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im technischen Anlagenbereich, idealerweise aus der Lebensmittel- oder Hygienebranche, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit. Du verfügst über gutes technisches Verständnis und Geschick im Umgang mit Produktionsanlagen. Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung in einem GMP-Umfeld. Deine Arbeitsweise zeichnet sich durch Engagement, Zuverlässigkeit und Genauigkeit aus. Du bist ein echter Teamplayer und freust dich darauf, das Team in allen Belangen zu unterstützen.
