Als Teil der Biotech Production bist Du unverzichtbar für unser 16-köpfiges, interdisziplinäres Produktionsteam der Mikrobiellen Fermentation . Unser Beitrag: Wir stellen essenzielle Basisprodukte (Proteine und Enzyme) im Liter- bis Multi-Kubikmeter-Maßstab her, die in der gesamten Produktpalette von Roche Diagnostics eingesetzt werden. Deine Aufgaben – Mit Leidenschaft für biotechnologische Prozesse Du verantwortest die selbstständige Steuerung und Durchführung unserer Fermentationsprozesse im Produktionsmaßstab: Fermentation: Selbstständige Vorbereitung, Durchführung, Überwachung und Ernte von Fermentationsprozessen. Anlagenbetrieb: Aufrüstung, Betrieb, Wartung und Reinigung technischer Anlagen, insbesondere von Rührkesselreaktoren. Vorbereitung: Herstellung von Reaktionsmedien für die Prozesse. Ernte: Durchführung von Fest-Flüssig-Trennungen zur Zellernte. Qualität & Dokumentation: Exakte Dokumentation der Arbeitsschritte nach den strengen Grundsätzen der Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) . Analytik: Durchführung analytischer Messungen und steriltechnischer Arbeiten. Innovation: Aktive Mitwirkung bei der technologischen Weiterentwicklung unseres Produktionsbetriebs. Wichtige Anforderung: Diese Rolle erfordert die Bereitschaft zur vollkontinuierlichen Schichtarbeit (Früh-, Spät- und Nachtschicht) sowie die Fähigkeit, Lasten bis zu 25 kg mehrmals pro Woche zu heben und zu bewegen. Dein Profil – Erfahrung trifft Teamgeist Du passt ideal zu uns, wenn Du folgende Qualifikationen und Eigenschaften mitbringst: Ausbildung: Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Chemikant, Chemie-/Biologielaborant, BTA, CTA oder alternativ als Brauer/Mälzer (m/w/d) bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. Erfahrung: Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Umgang mit biotechnologischen Produktionsanlagen und Steriltechniken . Begeisterung: Dich begeistern technische Prozesse und Anlagen. Arbeitsweise: Du zeichnest Dich durch eine genaue, verlässliche und proaktive Arbeitsweise aus und packst in einem vielfältigen Aufgabenbereich gerne mit an. Teamfähigkeit: Du bist ein echter Teamplayer, bringst Dich offen ein und bist bereit, im vollkontinuierlichen Schichtsystem (So-Fr) zu arbeiten.
