The Position Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities 主要职责/责任 通过学术平台建设等方式，促进学术水平发展，规范治疗观念和行为： 策略执行与转化 ：理解和执行中央市场部的目标、策略，推进项目落地执行；洞察区域治疗领域的客户需求和业务机会，制定属地化目标、策略和项目，推动执行并评估 区域学术平台建立： 维护和发展本区域KOL；构建区域学术平台以及与医生组织合作开展学术活动，提高医生的规范化治疗的观念和行为；配合医学部主导的临床研究的协作需求 协助前沿医学信息传递： 配合内部团队如客户交互，医学等部门的学术活动，在符合公司合规的前提下，协助传递前沿医学和科学进展 精准诊疗的开展： 结合治疗领域的特点推进早筛早诊、基因检测等精准诊疗手段的开展，使患者更多获益 区域团队能力提升： 促进区域团队专业能力的提升；萃取优秀案例以传播复制 探索更多业务机会并尝试： 开展患者教育： 在与医院合作开展患者教育之外、配合MCE进行DTP药房、互联网医疗组织、患者组织等进行多渠道、多形式的患者教育，持续创造、提升患者体验和疾病认知水平 创新支付落地： 协助公司相关部门共同引入社商保合作伙伴、创新支付和创新渠道，降低患者的经济负担，提高药物的可及性；在公司相关部门统筹下，和相关第三方合作进行宣讲，提高目标客户对创新支付的知晓率和了解度 探索更多业务机会： 结合负责区域和治疗领域特点，挖掘新的业务机会并尝试实践；打破公司内部门、区域、治疗领域的藩篱，挖掘新的业务机会点。如配合MCE/HKA的DTP药店管理，以创造更好的患者粘性和体验；和医院、专家合作建立跨区域、常态化的患者转诊通道，方便患者治疗的延续性和便利性；结合医疗行业的政策变化、新风口和业务模式，协助公司有关部门寻求合作可能 与医院相关方合作，共同推进医院管理和学科发展： 医院管理： 在HKA/MCE统筹下，根据区域和专科领域特点，与医院管理层、药剂科、医保办、医务处等科室领导开展相关主题研讨会，如DRG、DIP、NRDL、三医联动、社商保、肿瘤药品合理用药监测等主题，协助医院和专科管理质量提升 Qualification and Experience 能力与经验 Years of Working Experience工作年限 : 2-5+ years sales representative experience within pharmaceutical industry/2-5年以上医药行业销售经验 Education/Qualifications教育程度/所获资格证书 University Degree and above/本科及以上学历 RDPAC qualification within probation/在试用期内通过RDPAC考试 Pass all Roche mandatory training courses before required timeline within probation/在试用期内完成罗氏所有必修课程 Leadership Competencies领导者胜任力 Take genuine interest in people / 我对员工付出真正的关怀 Listen carefully, tell the truth and explain “the why” /我仔细倾听、坦诚直言并解释“为什么” Empower and trust people to make decisions /我授权并信赖员工作决定 Discover and develop the potential in people /我发现并开发员工的潜力 Strive for excellence and extraordinary result  /我追求卓越和非凡的业绩 Set priorities and simplify work/我设定事务的优先顺序并简化工作 Congratulate people for a job well done/我对工作出色的员工表示祝贺 Job Required Competencies岗位所需胜任力 Sales Achievement & Business Development业绩达成及业务发展 Selling skills销售技巧 Product knowledge产品知识 Industry & Disease/Therapeutic area knowledge医药行业及疾病/治疗领域的知识 Customer management客户管理 Teamwork团队合作精神 Sales Force Effectiveness and capability development 销售有效性及能力发展     Who we are A healthier future drives us to innovate.
