Als Specialist PLS & AFB hältst du die automatisierten Produktionsprozesse am Laufen – und leistest damit einen direkten Beitrag dazu, dass unsere diagnostischen und pharmazeutischen Produkte sicher und pünktlich bei den Patient:innen ankommen. Du bist das entscheidende Bindeglied zwischen komplexer Automatisierung und der Produktion, sodass wir unseren Purpose, Patient:innen ein besseres Leben zu ermöglichen , Tag für Tag erfüllen können. In dieser Schlüsselrolle agierst du als Schnittstelle zwischen MSAT Process Automation und den Produktionsbetrieben. Hier zählt nicht nur technisches Know-how, sondern auch Teamgeist und eine lösungsorientierte Haltung. Verantwortlichkeiten | Das erwartet Dich Als Specialist PLS & AFB (m/w/d) bist du das technische Gewissen der Produktion. Deine Hauptaufgaben sind vielfältig und erfordern ein tiefes Verständnis für die eingesetzten Steuerungssysteme: Du bist der Ansprechpartner vor Ort in den Betrieben und via Hotline für alle produktiven "MSAT Systeme". Das bedeutet Konfiguration (z.B. PCS7, Step7, WinCC, Simatic Batch) und die Einarbeitung sowie Schulung von Kolleg:innen. Du begleitest Transferaktivitäten und Produktwechselanpassungen. Als Subject Matter Expert (SME) und technischer Support bist du bei Problemlösungen, Erweiterungen und Optimierungsmaßnahmen sowie bei Audits und Inspektionen gefragt. Du betreust Projekte mit Schwerpunkt auf der AFB-Erstellung und -Pflege (Automatisierungs-Funktions-Block/-Plan), Verfahrenstechnik und Prozesskonfiguration. Du wirkst bei der Qualifizierung und Validierung von computerisierten Systemen mit und nimmst an System-Testungen teil. Du bist die zentrale Support-Schnittstelle zu Manufacturing (MFG) und unterstützt bei der Betriebssicherung. Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Produktionsrezepten und Phasen und hältst als PLS-Programmierer:in Dein Know-how aktuell. Du beachtest stets die hohen Auflagen für Arbeitssicherheit, Umweltschutz und Hygiene. Qualifikationen | Das bringst Du mit Deine Expertise ist der Schlüssel zum Erfolg in dieser Rolle. Du bist eine lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit, die sowohl tiefes Fachwissen als auch die Bereitschaft zur kollegialen Unterstützung mitbringt: Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Techniker:in (Chemie, Biotechnologie o.ä.) oder ein FH-Studium (Automatisierungstechnik, Biotechnologie, Verfahrenstechnik, Informatik o.ä.) abgeschlossen. Idealerweise bringst Du mindestens 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung im IT-/Automatisierungsbereich der Industrie mit. Du verfügst über umfangreiche Kenntnisse in GMP, GAMP und CSV. Du kennst Dich mit Systemen zur Planung, Steuerung und Auswertung von automatisierten Produktionsprozessen aus. Du beherrschst die HMI- und Phasenprogrammierung (PCS7). Idealerweise hast du Grundkenntnisse in Verfahrenstechnik, der Anlagenfunktionbeschreibung (AFB) und Biotechnologie. Du bist in der Lage, selbstständig im Rahmen allgemeiner Richtlinien zu arbeiten. Du besitzt Grundkenntnisse in der Softwareentwicklung und Standard Office Software. Gute Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab.
