The Position Responsabilidades Realizar y/o apoyar la reparación de instrumentos automatizados ROCHE (Cobas y Sysmex) bajo supervisión del responsable de taller.  Apoyar a los FSE de campo en la realización de mantenimientos preventivos, correctivos e instalaciones de analizadores ROCHE.  Manejo y desarrollo de aplicaciones para mejora y automatización de actividades y proyectos en taller.  Soporte de los FSE en la recolección y puesta a punto de repuestos operativos no nuevos y manejo de materiales presentes en taller para uso en clientes (reactivos, accesorios, tools y periféricos)  Cumplir los procedimientos administrativos y técnicos para la realización de actividades: preparación de reportes, manejo de manuales electrónicos de servicio, cursos mandatorios, preparación de envíos de repuestos reparables a casa matriz, manejo de software CRM en nivel básico, comunicaciones con áreas logísticas.  Apoyar o participar en los entrenamientos dados en taller. Quien eres Egresado de carrera universitaria de Ingeniería Electrónica, Mecatrónica o a fines. Nivel de inglés intermedio, tanto verbal como escrito. Manejo intermedio de MS Office, especialmente de Excel. Conocimiento en lenguajes de programación es deseable.     Who we are A healthier future drives us to innovate.
