The Position Was Dich erwartet In der Funktion als Quality Assurance Manager (m/w/d) im Bereich Quality System & Compliance hast Du die Möglichkeit, für einen befristeten Zeitraum einen umfassenden Einblick in dieses vielseitige Aufgabengebiet zu bekommen.  In dieser Rolle übernimmst Du die Verantwortung für die Sicherstellung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung eines effektiven und angemessenen Qualitätssicherungssystems gemäß den geltenden EU-Regularien und GMP-Standards. Zu Deinem Aufgabenbereich gehört die Identifizierung von Optimierungspotenzialen in Prozessen und Konzepten im Sinne der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung sowie deren eigenverantwortliche Umsetzung. Zu Deinen weiteren Aufgaben zahlen: Selbständige Erstellung und Überarbeitung von lokalen und globalen SOPs und anderen Schlüsseldokumenten, auch in englischer Sprache. Entwicklung von Lösungen zur Prozessoptimierung, sowie deren Umsetzung in die Praxis inkl. der Implementierung von IT-System gestützten Optimierungen. Bearbeitung von Abweichungen und Changes.  Bearbeitung und Verantwortung für Risiko- und Gap-Analysen des Bereichs.  Teilnahme und Unterstützung bei Inspektionen / Audits. Mitarbeit bis hin zur Leitung von lokalen Projekten innerhalb des Bereiches, sowie Mitarbeit an globalen Projekten. Wer Du bist Für die Funktion als QA Manager (m/w/d) bringst Du ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich der Naturwissenschaften mit, idealerweise mit Berufserfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie. Weiterhin hast Du: Kenntnisse der EU-Regularien für Arzneimittel und GMP. Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie eine hohe soziale Kompetenz. Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Ausgeprägte Kompetenz, komplexe Aufgaben eigenverantwortlich zu übernehmen. Gute analytische Begabung zur Bewertung komplexer Sachverhalte. Sehr gute IT-Kenntnisse und ggf. Programmierkenntnisse von Vorteil.
