Das Team Operations Quality Network Mannheim unterteilt sich wiederum in die Sub-Networks Product Partnering Reagents, Product Partnering Instruments Product Partnering Strips / Disposables sowie Infrastructure Partnering. Unser Team zeichnet sich durch Vielfalt aus und wir gehen ernste Themen an, vergessen dabei aber nicht den Spaß an der Arbeit. Wir arbeiten nicht alleine: Zahlreiche Schnittstellen an fast allen Roche-Diagnostika-Standorten zeichnen unsere Arbeit aus. Deine Position Wir suchen dich als Senior Quality Partner (m/w/d)! Du bist verantwortlich, dass das Quality Assurance System im Bereich Operations Quality Network Mannheim den mQMS-Vorgaben  entspricht, wirksam umgesetzt wird und Elemente des QA Systems kontinuierlich weiterentwickelt werden.  Deine Aufgaben Eigenverantwortliche  Prüfung, Review und Freigabe von IRM-Fällen (z.B. OOS, NC, CAPA, Varianz) gemäß der gültigen Vorgaben des mQMS Sicherstellung, dass zu der Charge gehörende Prozesse bis zur Freigabe (Batch Record Review & Product Release) vollständig abgeschlossen bzw. genehmigt sind Gute Kommunikation mit unseren Schnittstellen in der Produktion und Qualitätskontrolle Weiterentwicklung von Qualitätsprozessen und -tools und deren Implementierung Planung, Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Schulungen zu Prozessen, Vorgabedokumenten und Tools wie z.B. GMP, ZM-Tool Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Inspektionen/Audits Mitarbeit in (globalen) Arbeitsgruppen   Das bringst Du mit  Du hast einen Master-Abschluss der Naturwissenschaften, z. B. Chemie, Biochemie, Biologie, Biotechnologie, vorzugsweise mit Approbation zum Apotheker oder Promotion Du verfügst über mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Qualitätssicherung der chemisch-pharmazeutischen Industrie und Spezialkenntnisse in qualitätssicherungsrelevanten Richtlinien für Medizinprodukte/IVDs (FDA, DIN/ISO Normen 9001 bzw. 13485, QSReg) Du hast gute IT Kenntnisse (z. B. cSuite, MS Office/Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP P1U) Deine deutschen und englischen Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift helfen dir in deinem Arbeitsalltag auf lokaler ebene und globaler Ebene zu kommunizieren Du arbeitest sorgfältig, bist äußerst organisiert, zuverlässig und verantwortungsbewusst Du bist eine engagierte, teamorientierte und motivierte Persönlichkeit  Dein überzeugendes Auftreten und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit runden dein Profil ab Deine Bewerbung Bitte lade Deinen Lebenslauf und ein Anschreiben, aus dem deine Motivation für diese Position hervorgeht, hoch.
