Wir suchen einen Service Engineer (w/m/d) für Aufbau, Wartung und Störungsbehebung unserer Geräte. Das Gebiet umfasst Kärnten und Steiermark. Deine Verantwortlichkeiten: Als Aussendienstmitarbeiter:in bist Du für den Aufbau, Wartung und Entstörung von medizinisch diagnostischen verantwortlich Du planst Einsätze in enger Abstimmung mit Kund:innen und Kolleg:innen und führst diese eigenverantwortlich zur vollen Zufriedenheit mit größtmöglicher Sorgfalt durch Durchführung von Kund:innenschulungen und Trainings an unseren Geräten Du erkennst Kund:innenbedürfnisse und unterstützen unser Sales Team beim Verkauf weiterer Produkte bzw. Serviceleistungen Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit Einwandbehandlung und kommunizierst lösungsorientiert mit Kund:innen und im Team Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Customer Care Kolleg:innen Du bist bereit, Störungsbehebungen im Zuge einer geplanten Bereitschaftstätigkeit auch am Wochenende/Feiertagen durchzuführen Wer Du bist: Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen und im Aufbau von langfristigen Kund:innenbeziehungen Idealerweise Erfahrung im Aufbau, Update und Entstörung von Medizinprodukten im Bereich der Blutanalysesysteme sowie Prä-, und Postanalytik FH/HTL in Fachrichtung Mechatronik, Telekommunikation, Medizintechnik, Elektrotechnik oder gleichwertiges Studium bzw. abgeschlossene Lehre mit Praxiserfahrung Führerschein Gruppe B & Reisebereitschaft Installation und Update von Firewalls, Routern (Troubleshooting Skills auf Netzwerkebene) sind kein Problem für Dich Sehr gute Deutsch-und Englischkenntnisse Wohnort idealerweise entlang der Hauptverkehrsrouten in Kärnten ​ In dieser spannenden Position erwartet Dich ein Jahresgehalt ab € 45.000 brutto.
