The Position The  Global Digital Hub  has been established within Roche Services & Solutions Center in Budapest. Our main purpose is to strengthen the digital capabilities of Roche globally by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management, Brand Support, Digital Publishing Services, Marketing Automation, Copywriting and Creative Design. As a Digital Campaign Delivery Expert in the Global Digital Hub, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful orchestration and delivery of digital campaign content creation projects within the Digital Campaigns Chapter. Your role is to support the Global Campaign Coordinators with campaign delivery. You oversee the end-to-end coordination of multiple campaigns and content delivery across all channels and request types, ensuring delivery standards are met. You will guide Campaigns Delivery Specialists with  the production of more complex campaigns and keep or improve processes in accordance with established ways of working. You will lead efforts to gather and incorporate stakeholder feedback and retrospective meetings, ensuring continuous improvement and facilitating  knowledge sharing.  You also play a pivotal role in overseeing all operational activities of the team, monitor the status of all open projects, forecast demand and report potential risks to stakeholders within the team and business teams. You support Campaigns delivery specialists in solving operational issues and mitigating risks, lead knowledge transfers, and ensure successful project documentation. You support the global brand engagement manager in strategic planning of digital campaign content delivery, ensuring alignment and readiness for future needs. The Opportunity: Oversee operational activities of content delivery, ensuring processes run efficiently and smoothly while contributing to the expansion of services in your subject matter area. Monitor project status through regular calls, identify risks, and connect with global brand teams, engagement managers, and production teams to address issues. Mentor Campaigns Delivery Specialists and junior team members, provide guidance to resolve operational issues, mitigate risks, and support onboarding through hands-on experience. Facilitate retrospective and learning sessions for therapeutic areas to promote continuous improvement and best practices. Provide strategic support to global brand managers in developing and implementing content creation strategies aligned with broader organizational objectives. Manage projects by defining scopes, timelines, and resource allocation, while establishing clear project plans and milestones for digital campaign delivery. Act as a content network facilitator by driving conversations between global and local teams, collecting insights, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships while supporting demand planning and regular updates. Who you are: You have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field and at least 5 years of proven experience in project management, ideally in digital marketing or content creation. You own a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, campaign management, and content delivery processes. You have exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders. You are proficient in project management tools and content management systems, with strong problem-solving skills to proactively address risks and issues. Experience in mentoring and onboarding team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment; knowledge of global pharmaceutical industry compliance is a plus.
