Wir verstehen uns als Enabler und Partner für unsere Fachabteilungen und legen großen Wert auf eine offene Kommunikation sowie gegenseitige Unterstützung.  Verantwortlichkeiten | Das erwartet Dich In dieser Rolle gestaltest Du unsere Compliance-Kultur aktiv mit und sorgst für Sicherheit im Geschäftsalltag: Beratung mit Weitblick: Du berätst die Business-Teams lösungsorientiert bei der Zusammenarbeit mit Partnern im Gesundheitswesen. Systemische Optimierung: Du unterstützt bei der Umsetzung und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unseres Compliance-Management-Systems. Aktives Monitoring: Du überprüfst regelmäßig Prozesse und interne Kontrollen, um deren Wirksamkeit nachhaltig sicherzustellen. Risikomanagement: Du identifizierst und bewertest proaktiv Risiken, um das Unternehmen rechtlich und ethisch abzusichern. Vernetzung: Du arbeitest eng mit interdisziplinären Teams sowie globalen Expert:innen innerhalb der Roche-Gruppe zusammen. Wissenstransfer: Du konzipierst und leitest inspirierende Schulungen, um Kolleg:innen für Compliance-Themen zu begeistern. Qualifikationen | Das bringst Du mit Du zeichnest Dich durch eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus und hast Freude daran, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zu vermitteln: Hintergrund: Du hast ein Studium der Rechts-, Natur-, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Expertise: Idealerweise bringst Du erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Healthcare-Compliance sowie Kenntnisse im Heilmittelwerbe- und Wettbewerbsrecht mit. Lösungsorientierung: Du besitzt die Fähigkeit, regulatorische Anforderungen in praktikable Maßnahmen zu übersetzen, die das Business voranbringen. Teamgeist & Empathie: Eine starke kommunikative Ader und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit vielfältigen Teams sind für Dich selbstverständlich.
