The Position An unserem Standort in Basel bieten wir eine spannende Position im Operator Tagesteam an. Im Bereich Basel Biotech Manufacturing sind wir verantwortlich für die Herstellung lebensrettender Wirkstoffe zur Krebstherapie in unserer hochmodernen, hybriden Produktionsanlage für Single Use Technologie (SUT). Diese anspruchsvollen Prozesse erfolgen mit Hilfe hochautomatisierter Anlagen und unter strikter Einhaltung der Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). Dabei werden Nährmedien und Puffer hergestellt, Zellkultivierungen durchgeführt sowie die anschließende Aufreinigung der Produkte realisiert. Die Möglichkeit Für unser Operations-Team suchen wir motivierte Mitarbeitende, die aktiv an einer Vielzahl spannender Aufgaben mitwirken: Durchführung von Upstream- und Downstream-Prozessen sowie ADC-Herstellung, inklusive Medien- und Pufferbereitung. Spezialisierung auf kritische Produktionsverfahren wie Ultrafiltration und Diafiltration. Fachliche Bedienung und Überwachung von GMP-Anlagen sowie Sicherstellung ihres qualifizierten Status. GMP-konforme Dokumentation aller Arbeitsabläufe, Dokumentenkontrolle und Meldung von Abweichungen im MES. Behebung von Anlagenstörungen und Durchführung von Wartungs- sowie Instandhaltungsarbeiten. Verantwortung für das Materialmanagement sowie die Ein- und Auslagerung von Single-Use-Materialien. Durchführung des Probenmanagements und tägliche Umsetzung des Produktionsplans. Schulung von Mitarbeitenden sowie Gewährleistung von Sicherheit, Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Betrieb. Wer du bist: Du bist offen für neue Ideen und hinterfragst konventionelle Denkmuster. Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Chemie- und Pharmatechnologe oder Laborant Fundiertes GMP-Verständnis, idealerweise mit Erfahrung in der Pharmaproduktion oder Biotechnologie Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (Word, Excel) und idealerweise in Veeva und MES Erfahrung im Umgang mit automatisierten Anlagen im Produktionsmaßstab Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil Bereitschaft zur flexiblen Arbeit und, wenn nötig, kurzfristigen Schichtarbeit Erfahrung im Umgang mit single-use Materialien Wir freuen uns auf deine Bewerbung!     Who we are A healthier future drives us to innovate.
