Enterprise FP&A – Senior Manager   Position Summary: Evernorth is seeking an experienced FP&A Senior Manager – to partner with key Enterprise shared service organizations to drive financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision support. This role will play a critical part in monitoring financial activity across the Enterprise portfolio investment priorities. The Enterprise FP&A Senior Manager will be responsible for coordinating budgeting, forecasting, performance management, and cost tracking of key Portfolio investments, while acting as a trusted advisor to Finance and Business leadership.  The responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to: Key Responsibilities : Consolidation of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and actual results for portfolio investments and line of business allocations Partner with business leaders to provide data-driven insights that guide investment decisions, portfolio prioritization, and resource allocation. Manage variance analysis, performance tracking, and financial reporting to ensure transparency and accountability. Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives and transformation programs. Drive cost optimization strategies across for the responsible spend areas, while balancing innovation and operational stability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align budgets with business objectives. Maintaining and validation project assumptions in key systems such as Pathfinder and time tracking tools. Competencies / Skills: Excellent communication skills, including an ability to project clarity and precision in verbal and written communication Ability to effectively deal with multiple organizations and navigate a highly matrixed structure Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills Results-oriented with focus on value creation and operational efficiency Strong business acumen including ability to effectively articulate business objectives Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills; ability to tease out and probe into what is not being articulated Effective under pressure, dealing with ambiguity, strong analytical skills, highly focused, team player, resourceful Business partnership mindset with ability to influence and challenge constructively Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CA/CFA preferred). 8+ years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, with at least 3+ years in project management financial modeling. Strong understanding of technology finance (cloud economics, digital transformation, IT investments). Proficiency in financial systems and tools (Hyperion, SAP, Workday Adaptive, Power BI, or equivalent). Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions in a complex, matrixed environment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate financial insights into strategic recommendations. Location & Hours of Work Full-time position, working 40 hours per week.
