Hoffmann-La Roche AG bekommen Sie einen einzigartigen Einblick in die Produktion von chemischen und biologischen aktiven pharmazeutischen Wirkstoffen für die kommerzielle und klinische Versorgung. Unser Standort besteht aus vier Produktionseinheiten (sogenannten Value Streams) und fünf unterstützenden Einheiten (sogenannten Units), in denen sich insgesamt 650 Mitarbeitende darauf fokussieren, Patienten mit Medikamenten zu versorgen. Als Manufacturing Technical Specialist am Produktionsstandort Basel unterstützt Du das Team in vielseitigen Belangen. Die Möglichkeit: Unterstützung der pharmazeutische Produktion am Standort Basel innerhalb eines engagierten Teams Verantwortung für Wartung, Instandhaltung und Störungsbehebung an MAB-Produktionsanlagen Mitarbeit bei der Planung und Organisation technischer Aktivitäten im GMP-Umfeld Betreuung externer Dienstleister und Koordination technischer Einsätze vor Ort und aktive Mitwirkung bei technischen Problemlösungen und Ursachenanalysen Unterstützung der Qualifizierungsphasen (IQ, OQ, PQ) gemeinsam mit Engineering Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Effizienzsteigerung, weiterhin Sicherstellung der GMP-konformen Dokumentation und Prozessdurchführung Mitverantwortung für ein sauberes, sicheres und organisiertes Arbeitsumfeld und Förderung eines positiven und teamorientierten Arbeitsklimas Wer Du bist: Du bringst eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Chemie und Pharmatechnologe EFZ oder ein Fachhochschulabschluss mit - idealerweise mit Erfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Produktion Du kennst Dich mit GMP-Richtlinien, Qualitätssicherung und technischer Instandhaltung aus Du arbeitest selbstständig, verantwortungsbewusst und schätzt die Zusammenarbeit im Team Du hast technisches Verständnis, Interesse an Prozessen und fühlst Dich im digitalen Umfeld wohl Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch – Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil Diese Stelle ist auf 2 Jahre befristet.
