The Position Als Praktikant:in im Bereich Compliance, Quality and Regulatory (CQR) bist du in den beiden Roche Divisionen in Österreich (Diagnostics & Pharma) in den Lern- und Schulungsprozess der Roche Kolleg:innen eingebunden. Dies beinhaltet größtenteils die Verwendung der Tools und Systeme in unserer Lernumgebung, um Schulungskurse und Lernmöglichkeiten zu entwerfen, zu entwickeln, bereitzustellen und zu evaluieren. Als Praktikant:in wirst du diese oder ähnliche Aufgaben übernehmen: Analyse des lokalen Trainingsbedarfs und der Trainingsinhalte Regelmäßige Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit internen und externen Partner:innen (z.B. Fachabteilungen, Learning Community) Mitwirken bei der Organisation von Veranstaltungen im Weiterbildungsbereich Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Audits Administration der lokalen Trainingsmatrix   Dein Profil: Du bist offen für neue Ideen und hinterfragst gerne konventionelle Denkmuster? Du schätzt es, in einer leistungsorientierten Umgebung zu arbeiten, die von gegenseitigem Respekt, Diskussion und Zusammenarbeit getragen wird? Die Dauer des Praktikums beträgt bis zu 12 Monate und ist sowohl in Voll - und Teilzeit möglich.   Es erwartet Dich ein Jahresgehalt ab € 35.000€ brutto (auf Vollzeitbasis), sowie attraktive Benefits.
