Job Description : Finance Business Partner – Supply Assistant Manager-Level What does this role look like for you? Act as the finance business partner of the respective business unit(s) (Day to day financial management of the P&L, drive financial performance, operational KPIs) Generate insights for the business unit(s)’s leaders by pointing out inefficiencies and highlighting further efficiency opportunities. Support delivering timely information and insights, forecasting. Resolve complex problems on Supply process that has Finance implications.   Lead the monthly Supply BPM meeting Partner with In-market Finance team (Head of Supply Finance) and FC team Partnering with business units and functions to drive business performance through the provision of financial / commercial expertise and insights, whilst supporting the delivery of the financial targets and an effective control environment. Partner to the senior stakeholders (Supply Director, Head of FP&A, etc.), building great relationships, supporting them with accurate and timely reporting, respond to ad hoc requests to ensure robust strategic planning Support the FP&A team by providing insightful, user-friendly information to support business conversations Ensure that the policies and procedures are understood and followed in the team and in the market as well Qualification/Experience required Degree educated in relevant finance / accounting/ business Financial Planning & Analysis, and/or Financial Controlling experience is strongly preferred 5-8 years experience in relevant area Strong accounting experience Good accounting knowledge Experience in a global FMCG or similar dynamic operating environment Experience in a Shared services environment is considered as an advantage Have an excellent understanding of BW, SAP, Power BI solution with the ability to think broadly when a system related challeng e occurs and extract data in a way that supports decision making Should be ready for Work location- Bali Fluent English knowledge Working with us Flexibility is key to success.
